PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE

At Power Master Generators, we strive to offer our customers the best possible prices every day. If you happen to find the same product advertised at a lower price elsewhere, and it is identical and currently in stock, we’ll happily match that price.
To request a Price Match, contact us on (07) 5500 6027 or submit a request through the Contact Form on our website with details of the lower price. The easiest way is to send us a link to the competitor’s website so our team can review the offer and confirm whether it qualifies.

All Price Match requests must meet the terms and conditions outlined below to be eligible.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the product must meet the following criteria:

Product requirements

• The item must be identical, including the same brand, colour and model number.
• The item must be currently advertised in print or digital media (such as catalogues, newspapers, television or online).
• The item will only be provided on one (1) item at a time.
• If delivery is required, the item may include delivery costs.
• If the item is located in another state, delivery cost will be factored in.
• The product must be in stock and available for sale within Australia.
• Our Power Master–branded generators are not eligible for price-match offers.

Price requirements

• The competitor’s price must include all delivery fees, taxes and additional charges.
• The competitor’s price must be lower than our advertised price on the day the request is made.
• The competitor’s price must not include special offers, such as finance deals, installation services, bundled items, rebates, cashback, coupons, loyalty rewards or free bonus products.

Exclusions

Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to:
• Trade or commercial quotations
• Large volume or bulk purchase pricing
• Auction listings or liquidation sales (including marketplaces such as eBay)
• Clearance, fire sale or stock liquidation items
• Ex-display, refurbished, blemished, damaged or factory-seconds products
• Pricing errors or genuine mistakes in competitor advertising
• Special event, club or membership pricing
• Third-party promotions or offers not available to the general public
• Where the advertised price forms part of a third-party promotion, including but not limited to offers associated with newspapers, exhibitions, or other special events.
• Special order or non-standard products
• Products sold by unauthorised dealers

Power Master Generators reserve the right to terminate or amend the Price Match policy at any time without notice.\
