Really positive experience
A really positive experience at Power Master. I had no idea what to buy and in the middle of a power failure it was a case of anything well do! However Julian was great and was able to make a quick assessment of what I needed to power, then helped me pick out a generator to suit. The model I ended up with was considerably cheaper than the one I went in asking for, so this speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of the owners. They also took the time to demonstrate a few models to make sure I was picking the right one and knew how to use it when I got it home. First class service throughout!
Great staff who were very helpful
After losing power 2 times this year already and the recent Cyclone Alfred loss of power for 4 days, I decided it was time for our first generator and after much research, I decided that the Westinghouse model was the right one for us. After looking at a number of generator suppliers (most were out of stock after the cyclone – understandably), I came across POWER MASTER GENERATORS. They were local to me on the Gold Coast, and not only did they do the best deal for me, they also had it in stock now, they showed me how to use it (as I never had one before), put the oil in it ready to go and put some fuel in it too, to show me how to start it and run it and on top of that, they even registered the warranty for me. Great staff, who were very helpful to this rookie generator owner/operator and made the whole purchasing experience so easy. Would highly recommend your call them if you are in the market for a new generator or need your current generator serviced.
Saved my Xmas holiday
Thanks for the Xmas storm, we lost power. Went everywhere and all the generator were sold out in the early morning. PM Generator were my last hope. And they did it. They saved my Xmas holiday and all the food in the fridge. Perfossinal advice and good service. Thanks guys job well done!
