You can add all the accessories that you require and nominate delivery address or depot pick up during the check out process. You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Bank Transfer. Currency payment on this site is Australian Dollars, A$. All prices displayed on www.powermastergenerators.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST). All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
The new generators Power Master sell from our Brand suppliers come with their manufacturers minimum 12 months guarantee and maximum 48 months (may differ between brands – please ask if not sure) and Power Master’s own brand commercial generators come with a 12 month warranty or 1000 hours (whichever comes first).
Power Master Generators takes active measures to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions. Should an order be flagged as high risk, Power Master Generators will contact the customer requesting further information to confirm certain information. If the customer refuses to provide further information, Power Master Generators reserves the right to cancel the order. Power Master Generators is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as a result of a cancelled order.
We use a range of carriers Australia-wide utilising Road, Air, and Rail options to get your order to its destination on time and undamaged. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Power Master Generators is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers.
1: Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery.
2: For some rural locations a door to door delivery service may not be available. In that case the customer will be required to collect from the local freight depot.
3: Large items such as Stationary Generators, unloading facilities at the delivery address will need to be arranged at the purchaser’s expense.
All industrial and larger model generators may require access to forklifts or other specialised lifting equipment on site. Please discuss your delivery arrangements with our staff when you place your order.
You can nominate your own carrier or have us provide a freight price on your selected purchase. Contact us for freight price.
At this time, we do not accept international orders via our website. You will need to contact us to organise an international shipping quote.
Power Master Generators cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods passes to the Client on Delivery and the Client must insure the Goods on or before Delivery.
POWERMASTER GENERATORS TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO GOODS FREIGHTED ON OUR CARRIERS. You should arrange your own insurance cover over the goods that you have ordered.

You may need some help with a return. Don’t worry! The following information will help you process your return. For specific product warranty and delivery information check individual product pages.
You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging and we’ll refund your purchase price. The freight charges will need to be covered by the customer and a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply.
“Opened” products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery and will be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 35% of the purchase price to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply return the item to us, shipping charges will need to be covered by the customer using the most convenient shipping method available to the customer. Opened returns must be in saleable condition with original materials and packaging.
An order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard returns policy.
You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods.
On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage, notate “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.
Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) Contact Us at your earliest convenience so we can process the appropriate claims and coordinate an exchange for you.
We encourage you to test your product within 7 days. Please have your model number & serial number ready for a faster service.
In the event a product fault or defect cannot be resolved over the phone, please Contact Us so we can arrange either your choice of: product inspection under warranty and repair, a replacement, or refund.

Products that have been used cannot be returned. Unless the product is deemed as faulty or defective please Contact Us.
